Multi-room audio & video

Whole-home audio and video distribution in the Bahamas

Music in every room, the same game on every screen, and outdoor sound that fills the patio without annoying the neighbours. We design audio and video systems that follow you through the property.

What we do

Distributed audio and video means the sources live in one rack and the experience lives everywhere. In-ceiling speakers in the kitchen, a soundbar in the den, weatherproof speakers around the pool and every television in the house can share the same music, streaming apps and cable boxes, controlled from one app or keypad.

We design systems for apartments, villas and estates, using architectural speakers that blend into ceilings and walls, Sonos where it fits, and video distribution that puts any source on any screen.

What’s included

  • Architectural speakers. In-ceiling and in-wall speakers matched to each room, including small-aperture and paintable options.
  • Sonos integration. Sonos as the streaming platform, integrated with Control4 keypads and scenes.
  • Outdoor audio. Landscape and patio speakers with proper zoning and weather-rated components.
  • Video distribution. Centralized sources shared to every display with a single remote per room.
  • TV mounting and concealment. Clean installations with hidden cabling and displays sized to the viewing distance.
  • Rack-based equipment. Amplifiers and sources in a ventilated equipment rack, out of sight.

How we work

How we approach multi-room audio and video

  1. Zone the property

We divide the home into audio zones that match how spaces are used, so the kitchen and terrace can play together while the bedroom plays something else.

  2. Choose speakers for each room

Speaker size, placement and quantity are chosen for the room's size, finishes and purpose. Background music and critical listening need different approaches.

  3. Keep control simple

Every room gets the same intuitive control, whether from a keypad, the app or voice. Guests should be able to play music without a lesson.

Designed for the islands

Good to know in the Bahamas

  • Outdoor environments. Salt air and sun are hard on outdoor speakers. We specify marine-grade models and protect wiring and connections. Read more in outdoor audio for patios and pools.
  • Concrete walls. Wireless speakers struggle through block construction. Wired speakers and a strong network make the difference between music that works and music that drops out.
  • Streaming bandwidth. Multiple simultaneous streams need a reliable internet connection and a network designed for them.

Frequently asked questions

Is Sonos enough on its own?

For some homes, yes. Sonos is excellent for streaming. When you want architectural speakers, outdoor zones, keypad control and integration with lighting and scenes, Sonos becomes part of a larger designed system.

Can every TV share the same cable box and streaming devices?

Yes. Video distribution lets a central set of sources appear on any display, so you buy fewer boxes and manage fewer remotes.

Can I add rooms later?

If the wiring is planned at the start, adding zones later is straightforward. This is one reason we encourage pre-wiring every room during construction.
